BSNUS Sangeetha Prathishtanam has built its own campus for music in the land donated by Ballapadavu Shankaranarayana Bhat. The building constructed here was inaugurated in the year 2010. This consists of a well-spaced hall for conducting classes and camps; a well-equipped kitchen for cooking food for the guests and participants; a good guest room with A/C facility where the artists and special invitees can have a pleasant stay; an instrument room furnished with musical instruments like thambura, mridangam, violin etc; a library with a number of books related to classical music and audio-video sources of music; and an office room.
